About the design: Of course, I hope you like how it looks, but it actually was inspired by my 'mental diet'. Like most of us, I was raised with a pretty fixed idea that this food was good and this food was bad. Live healthy, right? I believe that what you put in your mouth is just a part of living healthy. It took me more than 50 years to realize that my well-being is served even better by taking care of my mental diet. I don't watch TV and I don't follow the news, which has made my life and mind super relaxed. Now, I'm able to be present and aware, experience real stillness. I mean, why would I choose to absorb negative noise that brings my vibe down and that doesn't serve me in any way, shape or form? And if I do want 'noise', I turn on the music! Just an advice to consider. The ultimate working of the Law of Attraction; you attract what you vibrate! If it works for me, why couldn't it work for you? ❤️❤️
