HappyEggDesign offers the following services:

T-Shirts with our Designs, selling t-shirts featuring our custom designs.
Customization: personalized custom designs
Design files: selling design files to print at a preferred local print shop.

3. User Responsibilities
There are no age restrictions for using our website. All content available on HappyEggDesign is legal, safe, and promotes positivity. Users must ensure that their use of the website complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through the Wix Payment platform, which provides various options such as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, and iDeal (NL). Every t-shirt is custom printed for you, that's why returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, instead of a refund, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will evaluate that together with the supplier, and replace the product.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of HappyEggDesign. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from us.

6. Limitation of Liability
HappyEggDesign is not responsible for any service interruptions, data breaches, or other unfortunate events occurring on the platform, as these fall under the responsibility of our service provider, Wix.com Ltd. While we strive to provide a secure and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website.
